monday.com, from someone who's lived in it for ten years.

I'm 3× certified and reached Bronze Partner status. More usefully: I've built four complete operating systems on the platform — a title agency, a marketing agency, a personal injury firm and a field-service company — and one of them replaced a commercial legal platform that charges per user, per month.

Warning signs

Signs your setup is working against you.

  • Boards multiplied. Nobody deleted anything, and now there are forty.
  • Work lives in subitems nobody opens.
  • Automations were built by someone who left.
  • "My Work" is empty, so everyone still works from their inbox.
  • Leadership asked for a dashboard once and never opened it again.

None of that is a monday.com problem. It's what happens when a tool gets adopted before a system exists. The platform is excellent; it just can't invent your process for you.

The work

What I actually build.

  • Board architecture that reflects how your business works, not a template
  • Parent-child project and task structures with one accountable owner each
  • Automations that hold — 1,352 running weekly at one client
  • Integrations to your CRM, forms, finance and drive, so data is entered once
  • Workload forecasting, which is the feature most teams own and never use

Either way

Whether you're already on it or not.

If you're already on monday.com, most of my work is restructuring what exists rather than starting over. That's usually faster and always cheaper than a rebuild.

If you're evaluating it, I'll tell you honestly whether it fits. It isn't the right answer for everything, and I've recommended against it before.

Same three engagements as the main page: a $6,500 audit, a build from $22,500, or monthly advisory. The audit is the same either way — I need to see how work moves before I know what to build.
